Putting an end to all speculations, Epic Games has officially confirmed its plans to bring 'Reboot Vans' to Fortnite next week. To be rolled out with Dev Update v8.30, the feature will allow players to bring their dead teammates back to life by taking them over to these vehicles, which will be placed at strategic locations on the map.
Similar to the 'Respawn Beacons' found in Apex Legends, the Reboot Vans can only be used once and only by one squad during a single game. There will also be a limited number of such vehicles on the map, which means players might have to put their own virtual lives in jeopardy to revive their teammates.
